Radio Africa takes the breakfast show to Kakamega

Listeners were already gathering at Kakamega’s Taxi Square at 5am when Radio Jambo brought Gidi na Ghost Asubuhi to town. The broadcast gave fans a chance to meet the voices they usually hear at home or on their morning commute.

Governor Fernandes Barasa joined the programme. Among the listeners was Richard Mukhobero, who had cycled from Eldoret for the occasion. Later, the Radio Africa team took the roadshow to Shamberere and Mumias, meeting more listeners along the way.
